This is a paid engagement. It is also the most important one — everything built in the next phase comes directly from what we learn here.

A — Architect
The System Design
With the assessment complete, we design your AI operations system — the automation workflows, routing logic, SOPs, and data structure your portfolio needs. You receive a detailed workflow plan and strategy document, ready for implementation.
We design it. A vetted technical team builds it.
Best for landlords who have completed the assessment and are ready to move from diagnosis to design.
L — Launch
Build & Activation
Our technical team executes the build. We manage the handover, run your onboarding sessions, and provide 30 days of post-launch support to make sure everything runs the way it should before we step back.
Implementation fees are arranged directly between you and the technical team — separate from the agency fee.
M — Maintain
Ongoing Advisory
Your portfolio will grow. Your system should grow with it. Monthly advisory clients get ongoing optimization, new automation added as the portfolio scales, and a trusted advisor in their corner for every operational decision going forward.
